Monthly Meetings

Our meetings allow Dads to learn from other Dads as we share the unique experiences of raising a child with Down syndrome.  We provide the opportunity to ask questions, learn about resources, and provide a safe atmosphere of support where men can openly share.  Often our conversations are about health, mobility, behaviors, IEPs, and things that are just not easy to learn on your own.  This is not just valuable for new fathers, but all along the parenting path as our children grow and change.

We have guest speakers from organizations like Special Olympics, financial experts, OT, PT, speech specialists and more to enhance our education.

D.A.D.S. meets the last Thursday of each month from January to October. Follow us on Facebook for meeting updates or submit your information to join our mailing list.

Help D.A.D.S. continue our Mission of assisting and supporting the fathers and families of individuals with Down syndrome.
