Meet Our Board
Mark Kuecker
President
Mark brings a background of over two decades of business ownership, professional franchise consulting, and nonprofit leadership. Mark and his wife have been married for over 35 years and are proud parents and grandparents. He has a heart for encouraging men and strengthening families through faith, community, and advocacy.
Eric Norman
Secretary
Eric has built a career working in and alongside universities across the United States, with a focus on developing and supporting postsecondary programs and nonprofits that serve individuals with disabilities. He is also a proud father to his adult son, Devin, who has Down syndrome.
Tashone Pine
Vice President
Tashone has been an active member of DADS for over 13 years. A proud father of four, including his son Treyvn who has Down syndrome, Tashone brings both lived experience and leadership to the organization. His commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and empowering families reflects the heart of the DADS mission.
Josh Kimminau
Activities Director
Josh brings more than two decades of leadership and customer service experience to the DADS Omaha board. As a longtime Activities Director, he has helped shape many of the group’s signature events. Josh and his wife have been married for over 19 years and are parents to two daughters, including their oldest who has Down syndrome. He is passionate about community-building and creating meaningful experiences for families.
J.J. Arcishewsky
Social Media / Website Director
J.J. has been a passionate advocate for DADS since his daughter Audrey was born 10 years ago. He serves as the board’s digital director, leading efforts on social media and the website. With a background in digital communications, J.J. has helped expand DADS’ reach and impact by connecting with more families online and building a stronger virtual community.
Michael Dentlinger
Scholarship Director
Michael brings a decade of professional experience with Berkshire Hathaway, where he works in financial reporting and audit as a licensed CPA. He has traveled extensively through his career and is also a former NCAA Academic All-American. Michael and his wife Rachel, a special education teacher, live in Elkhorn with their two children. Inspired by Rachel’s work, Michael is passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and supporting their families.
Kris Turner
Treasurer
Kris is a devoted husband and father of two daughters, including a daughter with Down syndrome adopted from China. With 30 years of experience as a professional accountant, he brings both expertise and heart to the DADS mission. Kris’s faith and commitment to serving others are central to his involvement with DADS and his broader community.
In Memory Of
Mike Adams
1967 – 2024
Mike was a co-founder of DADS Omaha, served for many years on the Board, and led the organization’s flagship fundraiser, Divots for Down Syndrome. Born January 28, 1967, he grew up in Omaha and was a licensed accountant who dedicated himself to building a community of support for fathers of children with Down syndrome. As a dad to Addison, diagnosed with a serious heart condition and Down syndrome, Mike inspired countless families with his perseverance, compassion, and leadership. His legacy lives on through the annual Mike Adams Memorial Divots for Down Syndrome golf fundraiser, which continues to elevate awareness, funding, and fellowship in his honor.
